    Hi there! My favorite *book* quote is;

    “Of course it’s happening inside your head, Harry. Why should that make it any less real?”

    (Harry Potter series)

    Oh I love the idea behind this thread!
    The two that I have not forgotten to copy and paste into my Notes app are these:
    We were like strangers who knew each other very well,

    Big Fish, 2003

    Later that night
    I held an atlas in my lap
    ran my fingers across the whole world
    and whispered,
    “Where does it hurt?”
    it answered,
    “everywhere
    everywhere
    everywhere.”

    My favourite quote from a book is by Mitch Albom in The Time Keeper.

    “Try to imagine a life without timekeeping. You probably can’t. You know the month, the year, the day of the week. There is a clock on your wall or the dashboard of your car. You have a schedule, a calendar, a time for dinner or a movie. Yet all around you, timekeeping is ignored. Birds are not late. A dog does not check its watch. Deer do not fret over passing birthdays. an alone measures time. Man alone chimes the hour. And, because of this, man alone suffers a paralyzing fear that no other creature endures. A fear of time running out.”

    My favorite quote isn’t from a book (I don’t think anyway) and it is “Follow your bliss” by Joseph Campbell. I grew up hearing that quote from my dad almost everyday and it has become somewhat of a life motto. Do what makes you happy. Find your zen, or inner peace. Look for the positives in life and fall in love with them.
    In a YA book I read a few years back they talked about the poem “Do not go gentle into that good night” by Dylan Thomas and it has become my favorite poem. Definitely check it out! I go back and read the poem every few months, it just speaks to me like that.
